Buyers shall pay all custom duty other expenses of there country while importing goods.

All items are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. We pack our all goods in bubble wrap with thermocol support on both sides, so that we can minimise the breakage. However, accidents may occur during transit on the rare occasion.
Returns are not accepted characteristics or on change of mind. Stones are natural minerals each beautiful and unique in pattern and crystalline composure; therefore no two Crystals will ever be the same. Please be aware as natural objects they’re appearance can vary from the images shown though we try our best to accurately display and describe each and every Stone through all the possible means including its original photos, videos, and through Live Streaming via Instagram. Also, we expect our clients to understand that the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.
Video of opening package is mandatory to get refund for breakage crystals arrives For breakages and exchange requests, please email us, with your order number # and a video of opening the package along with your query, within 7 days of you receiving your parcel.
All the return goods will be packed properly with the invoice. All the expenses & (shipping charge and custom charges) will be borne by client.
We reserve the right to decide on which issue refunds are possible, goods we will return only if there is any manufacturing defect and it is non repairable. While return the goods please mention the problem by hand written note with the goods.
Himalya Quartz may or may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges (this is determined on a case by case basis). We bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we recommend using registered mail to return an item. We will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged, and may or may not process the refund/exchange if so.
