However, we cannot assume responsibility for the incorrect shipping address. UPS and FedEx provide risk-free insurance for all orders shipped from India. All EMS slow service parcels are non-insured (insurance for EMS parcels is chargeable). Himalya Quartz pays all the insurance fees on all items purchased directly from Himalya Quartz. While importing goods, buyers must pay all customs duty and other expenses of their country.
Only after the payment confirmation does a chosen shipping partner ship the packages.

UPS and FedEx express services will deliver the parcel to the designated location within a maximum of 5–10 days. It takes approximately 20–30 days for the parcel to reach you via EMS slow standard service.

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping provider's services. We cannot assume responsibility for any postage providers' delays or delivery losses. Please lodge any delayed or missing parcel queries with the respective provider. With love and care, we carefully pack all items. We thoroughly inspect each item before packaging and sending it to all our customers. We pack all of our goods in bubble wrap with thermocol support on both sides to minimize breakage. However, accidents may occur during transit on rare occasions.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns do not accept characteristics or changes of mind. Stones are natural minerals, each beautiful and unique in pattern and crystalline composure; therefore, no two crystals will ever be the same. Please be aware that as natural objects, their appearance can vary from the images shown, though we try our best to accurately display and describe each and every stone through all possible means, including its original photos, videos, and live streaming via Instagram. Also, we expect our clients to understand that the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone and differences in screen coloring.
A video of the opening package is mandatory to get a refund for broken crystals when they arrive. For breakages and exchange requests, please email us with your order number and a video of opening the package, as well as your query, within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We will pack all the returned goods properly and include the invoice. The client will bear all expenses, including shipping and customs charges.
We reserve the right to decide on which refunds are possible. We will only return goods if there is a manufacturing defect that is non-repairable. When returning the goods, please mention the problem in a handwritten note.
On a case-by-case basis, Himalya Quartz may or may not reimburse return shipping charges for refunds or exchanges. We assume no liability for the loss of a returned item, which is why we recommend returning it via registered mail. Items returned broken or damaged are not our responsibility, and we may or may not process the refund or exchange.
You have to return the goods within 7 days of the delivery date. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
